Ingredients:

Red tilapia fish
Lime
Red Onion
Aromatic ginger
Ginger
Chicken broth
Granulated sugar
Bird’s eye chili

Cooking Instructions:

1. Marinate the Fish: First, marinate the tilapia fish with lime juice.
2. Fry the Fish: Fry the tilapia until it’s crispy.
3. Prepare the Sauce:
Coarsely grind all the spices (shallots, lesser galangal, ginger, bird’s eye chili).
Pour in enough hot water.
Add a squeeze of lime juice.
4. Combine: Pour the sauce over the fried fish.
