Vegetable filled risoles
Ingredients
1/4 medium protein flour
2 tablespoons rice flour
2 tablespoons tapioca flour
1 pack of chicken cause
1 kg carrots
1/2 kg potatoes
5 cloves garlic
5 candlenuts
2 packs of beef flavoring
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon MSG
2 stalks of spring onions + celery
200 grams of bread crumbs / bread crumbs
How to make risoles skin
Put a little medium protein flour into the container
Put 2 tablespoons tapioca flour, don't forget to also put 2 tablespoons rice flour

Cut the peeled carrots and potatoes into small cubes.
